It isn't very often that i perform on stage with a huge crowd in front of me..
Ok.....i may just be the beatboxer,but still.....you know?I do feel nervous!!
Althought it is 2+ weeks away,i already feel like i am going perform tonight or something...i think this is the problem with me??Feeling nervous too easily??
Arhhghh,hate this kind of feeling,but yet i like it a little cause it is exciting!
I would really like to jump on the chance to perform well on stage,but that is if i perform well of course..when you are done and the crowd applaud you,not because of being polite but actually because they enjoyed the performance alot.Yet this is very very hard to achieve..oh well,i will give in my best,and hope all goes well..
And i have to sell the tickets too,minimum 10 of them!!They are 10 dollars each,so if you would like to come and support my Acapella Group,LinkAge,please buy one from me =).So i'm going for practice later,oh well have to put in the hard work if you want to achieve something right??

National Day came early??
Was surfing youtube as usual. Beatboxing,funny skits,just for laugh,yeah i search for almost anything!But suddenly i thought of searching for National Day songs.
Suddenly i realised,since the last decade,there were already so many national day songs!!During those times,i remembered many criticised the songs here and there.But suddenly i felt that they were really nice to listen to,perhaps the nostalgia??
Of all the songs,i felt "Home" was the most powerful one,brings across the message,yet not too propagandaish.Dick Lee is really a genius for writing that song.
And here it is!!The one sang by Kit Chan,dam long time ago!1998 if im not wrong.
That was when i was like 6 years old!!!

Alice in Wonder Land!!!!!!
Yes!!!! That movie was awesome!!!!!!Didnt't expect it to be of that quality you know =) After all it is one of the first cartoon movies that i have watched when i was like 6? Yet amazingly,i still recalled many of the scenes from the cartoon movie which i watched a hell long time ago!!
So this time,in 2010, humans and computer generated characters are used to film this movie!One of the exceptional actors is of course Johnny Depp!!!Outstanding performance!!Great acting!! He of course acted as the Mad Hatter,for those who know the character.
You might think the film is kiddy and one of those very "PG" films,but apparently,i found the movie a little too dark for young kids,i mean there was also some violence like poking a needle into the eye ball and digging it out!!??Yes there wasn't any blood or gore,but STILL!!You gonna let primary school children watch that??But then again,during that age,i believe that i would be able to take it lol..
Anyway this film seems to be the sequel to the Original "Alice in Wonderland" cartoon
This is the second time that Alice returns to wonderland,and she finds out that the Red Queen was reigning at that time.It happened because the Red Queen had a very powerful creature by her side,something that looks like a dragon,i believe its called a wyrme,dont know if i have spelled that correctly??
So the White Queen,the "good" Queen,decides to take Alice as her champion and fight for the crown so as to rule the lands once more.So Alice fought the creature and of course eventually defeated it...So The White Queen gets her crown back and rules over Wonderland once more..Simple Story yet it gives you satisfaction after watching it!And did i mention i watched it in 3D???So the special effects are even more cool!!
So i recommend that you catch the show before it is taken out from the viewing list.

Day 3 in Turkey!
Visited another mosque in the morning...
First it was the blue mosque....and now??The Green Mosque!!Couldn't guess it right?
So these are some of the photos taken inside and outside the mosque..
I have to say that their mosques are so beautiful!I wouldn't be able to compare them to Singapore ones as i haven't been into a mosque in Singapore....but no doubt i believe that Turkey's mosques are definitely more unique and mesmerizing.
While taking photos outside the mosque,i came across a pregnant cat!!So Cute!!!
Then had lunch at some cafe,where it is famous for its meatballs!But apparently,they are not in the shape of a ball,instead it looks more like a stick to me...anyway they came in 2 meat types,chicken and beef,i chose beef. Tasted alright,but not fantastic......
After lunch,proceeded to visit the house of Mary!Yes i mean virgin Mary,the mother of Jesus!
Anyway it is said that this was the house which Mary lived in,in the past.It was also in this town which Mary died,that is if you believe it to be a fact.
And!I have to talk about the toilet break at Mary's house!
For guys,have you ever been able to pee and yet enjoy beautiful scenary at the same time?Well?This toilet allows you to do just that!!Amazing!!
After that,it was more or less the end of the day,thus i will end off Day 3 with another cute cat photo!!I know!Another one!!??But there are just too many cats in Turkey!!and they are so friendly!!=)

Night riding
Went night riding yesterday night at East Coast....
Rode with mike and his cell group members..
We rented bikes,mine costed 10 dollars,still ok i guess?
Total of 14 people riding-.-WTF?!
Yeah..so had to keep slowing down and waiting for the slower ones...its tiring to do that you know 0.o?
But nonetheless,had a great time riding with them=)
Went from marina cove,to lao pa sa and finally to marina barrage where we slacked there for like 2hrs!
Here is a picture of mike and me eating la las at the lao pa sa.....
Oh yeah and we bought Jolly Shandy!! Woooooooooooo!!Havent drank that in a long time!
That stall...is a FUCKING SCAMMER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
There were like 30 la las,half were empty,so means only 15 had meat in them....
So each freaking shell we paid a FUCKING 60 cents for it!!!!!!cause the plate costed 10 dollars!!!Nvm,shall keep my cool,bloody idiot!!
So when it was all over,went home with mike,he dropped at his place after bus 76,and i chaged to 147 back home..reach home bout 9.30am and crashed!!!!all the way till 5pm....dam, time to change my sleeping habit,its shitty and unhealthy!!going to sleep soon,see ya!!

Pioneering
Ever since leaving Montfort.....i have also returned to help out in Scouts less frequently..
But....There was a combine meeting today...so i was requested to go help out..thus i did..
combine meeting = girl guides coming to Montfort to have a combined training with the scouts...
Dam.....why didn't i have the chance then-.-
Nevertheless,better to be late then never lol!
So,as i was saying..I went down to take a look at the Scout Troop...you know.....see how things are and the "quality" of my decendants lol....
Anyway Sanjay came down too,and we suddenly got the urge to build an hour glass watch tower!!!Why? Because the other scouts and guides were trying to build gateways too!!We wanted to proof the REAL quality of pioneering to them!! LOL!!
Thus we carried out our plans to build the structure,with a manpower value of just 2....
Yes...and that 2 persons are Sanjay and Me....
But you know what??This is the best structure i have ever built in my scouting life!!
We build an hour glass watch tower with a manpower value of just 2!!!!
In the past...when we had a manpower value of like 6 to 8...we could not even finish building it!!!Now we have done it with just 2 people!!
Even when it was pouring just now,we continued..and we did it!!!2 man show!! woooooooooo!!!!!!!

Day 2
Day 2! which is actually Day 1 in Turkey-.-
There is too much information,i shall have to summarise,and using pictures tell a thousand words =)
So we have arrived in Turkey,Istanbul province!First stop!
Blue Mosque

Anyway along the way,saw a dam cute looking cat!!PUSSY CAT!!
The cats over there are all so cuddly looking as it is cold,so i believe their fur is more fluffy lol...Anyway there are many more animal photos to come!!The animals over there are so friendly!!Same with the people!!!
Anyway,there was this hole in the column.It is said that if you put your thumb into the hole,and turn it 360 degrees while wishing for a wish,your wish will come true!!

Flight was at 11.35pm......So what does this mean?
25 mins to midnight..so it actually means that the bloody 25 mins is considered a day!! WTF?!!!
Boarding the plane and flying off is considered Day 2!! WTF!?!?!?!?!
Wow they are sure good at sucking money arent they??
Arriving 2hrs before the flight,checking in the luggage,and walking around the airport,waiting for the flight,surfing free internet,is actually considered a Day...AMAZING..........NVM...i shall complain no further....
so it's already summarised as i have stated before,standard operating procedures-.-

I'm back baby!!
Back home and back to reality....
The trip to Turkey was fairly good..
Mesmerizing scenery..average food, cause you will get really sick of it after 4 days.
The tour mates i met this time were extraordinary and fun loving!!
There was an old couple whom bickered endlessly,but its dam funny!
Mothers at the age of 31 and 33...and they dont look like mothers at all!!!
Another 2 girls whom are also 31,but seriously,they dont look and act like 31 too LOL!! I thought they were like 25 and just finished University lol!
And the tour guide was dam good this time round!So entertaining and his EQ very high lol! Very good at building rappol with us.
Then as always there is a mic in the coach..so???

Performed some little gigs for them too ahahahah!!! FUN!!!
I think i can consider this tour being one of the most memorable ones.
Anyway will post up more information on the tour on a later date!!From Day 1 to Day 9

Holiday!
Wooooooooo!! Flying off to Turkey tonight for my holiday!!YAY!!!

Punggol Park
After having a jog at Punggol Park...
Sat down along the pavement to play with one of the stray cats roaming around that area..
As it was already in the late evening,the sunset shot across the horizon, creating an "aurora borealis" kind of effect..
it was like the rays of sunlight were being stripped into layers across the open sky...
And all of these appeared as the background of Punggol Park.
Suddenly, i realised how beautiful Punggol Park really was. Even after living in this vicinity for like 17 plus years....I only noticed it now....
So i decided to have one of those rare strolls in the park..
I came across all the areas of the park where i frequent when i was much younger.
The benches located under those "grape vine" like shelters.
wow.....if i have a girl friend now,that place will be the best to "pah tuo" i tell you.
But thats not the main point, the point is...
Look around your vicinity, you might just find beauty in something that has always been there...only that you have never paid any attention to it.
